Terms of exchange and return




The product must not be used and returned in its original packaging and condition, keeping the price tag, if any, and the invoice attached.

The customer must confirm the sizes and details before completing the order, otherwise he must pay any costs resulting from the replacement and return of shipping, delivery and other expenses.

The customer has the right to exchange or return without paying any additional costs in the following cases:

There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

The product is damaged due to shipping.

Received a different product from the requested product.

The product is exchanged or returned within seven working days of receiving it, and three days in times of offers and sales.



Replacement and return steps


Contact customer service on one of the communication channels available at the bottom of the page.

Waiting for management approval of the retrieval process. A response will be given within 3 working days, and the days of offers may vary.

If approved, a bill of lading will be sent to the customer which he must print and attach with the order.

The customer shall bear the shipping value in the event of replacement or return, except for the cases previously mentioned, the store will bear all costs.

In the event that the customer requests the return of his amount, the process takes up to 14 working days until the amount is returned to his bank account.

The exchange process usually takes 14 working days.
